Judges comments about our Cory:

One of my favourites today. Nothing to fault, particularly liked his head, broad between the well placed ears, good muzzle, well filled under the eye, correct expression. His angulation is excellent, giving free fluent movement. When it came to the challenge he looked immature, just needs to fill out. 1st PGD. (Judge Denise Cartwright ACDS Ch Show 2009).

Quality youngster in good hard condition, I liked his head, eyes and expression, well proportioned, clean neck & shoulders, moved with a purpose, well handled to look his best. RBD. (Judge Liz Cartledge Blackpool Ch Show 2009).

At 10 months, shows great promise for the future. Blue of good growth & balance, well proportioned head, good eye & expression, body coming well with nice brisket & strong loin, sound rear, excellent jacket texture, tail well set & of good length, moved so well. Cory is our serious boy, he's never really acted the pup, that was all just a bit beneath him! He's a great thinker & a loyal companion.

At his first show, aged just 6 months & 2 days, Cory won Best Puppy in Breed and 3rd in the Minor Puppy Dog Stakes (All Breeds,a win he repeated a couple of months later). Cory went on to win Best Puppy in Breed at every show he attended in 2008, finishing his puppy career unbeaten in breed competition. Including taking Best Puppy in Show at the ACD Society Ch Show in September 2008. At the following ACD Society Open Show in April 2009 Cory took Best Junior in Show.

At his first show out of Junior class, aged 19 months, Cory won Reserve Best Dog in Breed at a Single CC Championship show (so close to gaining his Stud Book Number, maybe next time!). Winner of Post Graduate Dog class at the ACD Society Ch Show in September 2009.
