Here at AUSTMANS the welfare of our bitches is very important to us. We DO NOT breed our girls on consecutive seasons thus giving them chance to enjoy life as well as motherhood (the ACD Society of Great Britain recommends a 12 month gap between litters). We DO NOT breed from our girls until they are around 2 years old and mature enough for motherhood (another recommendation by the ACD Society of Great Britain), a bitch should have the chance to be a puppy and that to us means at least the first 18 months of their life. A bitch's breeding history is a question so often overlooked by puppy buyers but it can tell them so very much about the person they are dealing with.

This will be our second litter from Sally who is now nearly 4 years old, proven in the show ring as an excellent example of the breed (close to gaining her champion title). Great temperament, happy & friendly. The sire Punch has also proved himself in the show ring by recently winning Best in Show at the ACD Society Breed show at only 2 years old, he too is sound in temperament. We expect quality, healthy puppies from this combination with potential for show or work. Both Punch & Sally will be happy to meet those who wish to own one of their puppies, throughout this summer. 

All pups will be BAER hearing tested & microchipped before leaving here.
